Band 04 - When you see things through another's eyes [Video]
[OOC: Shin has become a Zora from Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Sadly, not enough official art exists of them to make good icons, so I'm just using Shin's for the duration.]
These... incidents are becoming stranger and stranger. I'm glad I'm not the only one who finds this incredibly odd. At first I was worried I'd become something that could only breathe water, but thankfully that isn't the case. How else could I pray daily at the coral for Sirius's recovery?
I don't suppose this... creature I look like is native to Vatheon by chance?

[The young woman looks subdued, though a little curious as well.]
It's a very elegant form, however. I am somewhat reminded of certain legends from back home.
May I ask what sorts of legends those are? Every culture, desert dwellers excepted, seem to have some kind of water-monster legend or another.

[Mitsuhide taps her chin.]
Ningyo as well, perhaps more so than the kappa.

At least I wasn't made completely immobile, I suppose...
[Yeah, he's been through worse and trying to play it off.]

[ Have a wood sprite peering curiously at the SFC screen. She seems to be -- floating above it? This is as odd for her as it is for you. ]
You seem to be a Zora. They come from my homeland.

[ She gives something of a smile. ]
Zora, as you can likely tell, are an aquatic race that live in Lake Hylia, in the land of Hyrule. They are a fairly peaceful race, and are quite known for their skill at music.
You can stay out of the water for an extended period of time, but if you are out for too long you will no doubt become uncomfortable. I would suggest taking regular dips in one of the pools.

Trying to get to the coral? For what reason?
I suppose I could see why you would. I hope you are successful in gaining its attention.

[ She sounds honestly curious. Divine objects such as those certainly had great power in her world, though they were not prayed to; they somehow had a tendency to be given to children to watch after more often than not. ]

What's wrong with your friend?

Sounds serious. Do you need a hand?

We used magic or the potions and remedies we bought from stores. But if you need someone to keep an eye on him while you rest...

We're all stuck here, aren't we? And you sound like you could use some help.
It's fine! It's just that... normally I'm the one saying that to other people. I'm Shin Mouri, by the way. And you are?
[A small pause as he tilts his head.] Is there a reason you pray at the coral?
There is. The local deity is enshrined there - my hope is that with enough prayers and devotion, the local deity may grant my wish to restore Sirius's health.
